Thinking About Mother’s Day

I am really fortunate that my mother is still alive, so it seems fitting that I get her the best gift possible for Mother’s day.  I don’t try to get her something ordinary, I only aspire to find great gifts for mom.

But the catch with that is that there have been many years of great gifts already, so each year gets a bit harder.  So, I have been making a point of starting to think about Mother’s day early to ensure that I don’t screw up and rush out to buy something at the last minute.

On that note, do you guys have any suggestions?

Trying to Get to Sleep

There is nothing worse than not being able to sleep, and I find myself in that situation tonight.  I was hoping to get to bed early but after laying in bed for a few hours, I knew it wasn’t going to happen.  So, I’ve turned to the sleep aid to ensure I get to sleep tonight.

Thankfully, I can already feel it working – goodnight.

Getting in Shape for my Recital

I sound like a younger version of myself, but with a music recital in just a few weeks, I find myself in need of losing some weight so that I can fit in my suit.  I haven’t gained a whole lot, but just enough to make the thing not fit.

So, I have turned to a fat burner as my solution and have been taking it for a few days already.  I’m hoping it will do the trick in time – I’d hate to have to buy a new suit.

Reading About Acne

It seems that there is a lot more focus on acne than there used to be.  In the “olden days”, there really were only a few acne products, but now there seems to be a ton of them.  If you flip open any teen magazine, you’ll see exactly what I mean.

This means that we need to take a little more time to do some research as to what the best products are currently on the market.  I know that I take some time to keep up with the latest products to ensure that I can give good advice when someone asks.
