Serious Conversation with the In-Laws
One of the things that I have learned as I get older is that conversations change over time. Back when I was in college I talked about school and myself most of the time. Once I had children, they became the topic of the conversation.
But recently, the topic of conversation changed as well. You see, the in-laws were over for coffee and they wanted to discuss their funeral plans with us.
Though it was a seemingly morbid topic, it was very pertinent to them since they are in there seventies. I know that is something that I am not looking forward to discussing someday.
