There seems to be a never-ending supply of money in the world, and as such, a never-ending list of opportunities.  Recently, I have been dabbling in real estate investing, so I am always on the look out for new investment opportunities.

Recently, I have been paying a lot of attention to the markets offering luxury homes and specifically I have been running numbers on some of the Outer Banks homes for sale.  They are showing some great promise and I have been looking at a number of them as potential properties that I can flip.

I’m hoping that we can do a handful of them before the year is over, but it will all depend on the numbers because we are in the business of making money, not losing it.
