Running a Bunch of Errands
Even though I would like to think that the information age frees up a lot of our time, there are just some things that we still have to do in the “real world†that we can’t do online. For me, one of those things is running errands.
Twice per month I go downtown and pay some bills, go to the bank, and pick up some cat supplies for Oscar. This takes the better part of the day, and that is what is on my list of things to do today.
Though I don’t like that I can’t do everything from the convenience of home, it does get me out and gives me a chance to go out for lunch. Yes, running errands can suck, but at least I get a break from cooking for a few meals.
