One of the things that has really helped our business in the last couple of years is that we have changed our system for hiring new employees. Under the old system, we hired based solely on their resume, and truth be told, we hired a lot of bad employees. It really just comes down to the fact that it is really easy for someone to lie on their resume.
But that has all changed since we started our new hiring procedures. You see, we take advantage of a pre-employment screening service to do a thorough background check on any of our potential hires. This way, we tend to weed out the potential bad clients and for the most part, we have reduced the number of bad hires to just about zero.
