After my child decided to throw our old camera off of the deck onto the patio, we felt a little lost not being able to record videos of our children.  We have always had the belief that we should be recording their life moments so that they can show their kids someday, and my wife expressed concerns that we couldn’t do that anymore.

But that meant we could finally go shopping for one of those new digital camcorders that I have been drooling over for months.  My wife wouldn’t let me get one before, but now we “need” one – so I am definitely going to take advantage of that.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to report back with some videos – we’ll see how I make out on the shopping trip.
