Finding New Investment Properties
One of the things that I have been having some problems with lately is finding good places to invest my money. No, I am not talking about the stock market here, but rather real estate investing.
With the lack of properties in our area, I have been looking into Outer Banks foreclosures as a new source of value priced investment property. So far their have been a number of great deals that I have taken advantage of, and I know that there will be more. Unfortunately, it seems that I have more funds available than deals, but I am sure everything will work itself out in time.
