For the last five summers, we have owned and operated an ice cream store at a lake just a few hours from home.  It has not only been a good investment for us, but it has also allowed us to spend a lot more time at the lake than we used to without having to worry about having enough money saved to take as much time off work as we do.

When I went up in May to open up the shop, I realized that the POS systems that we were using were on the fritz, so I have decided to replace them.  Looking online, I have been able to find some affordable solutions for the business, so I ordered some and have been patiently waiting for them.

I just can’t wait to get up there for the summer in a couple of weeks, and it will be so nice to have a break from the office.  I just can’t wait.
