2. Nuts - They are loaded with protein and have a great range of health benefits. Almonds are the best, buy them whole and unsalted. You can then take them, and spread them on a cookie sheet. From their you can sprinkle them with cinammon, cayenne pepper or whatever you like to give them a kick.
3. Smoothies - Smoothies are the ultimate snack. You can eat them morning, noon or night. They can even be eaten as a meal. Only got a little time for lunch, whip up a smoothie. You can virtually add anything to them, but do it at your own risk. If you want to mix fruit, with vegetables, good luck! But the main staple for smoothies is (whey) protein powder, fruit, low fat milk, juice, and yogurt (option).
