Fighting Back Against the Recession

What do Circuit City, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Linens and Things and Sharper Image all have in common? They, among dozens of others, are closing their doors in the face of todays economic implosion.

2009 doesn’t look any better, at least for the first few months. The number of pending bankruptcies is still rising and will likely continue for the first few months of the year. Many people are now looking for additional ways to generate income from home.

Many insiders already know that the best industry to pursue in these tough times can be a solid network marketing company. You see over the past 50 years each and every recession or economic depression that has hit the US, one industry has consistently grown in these tough times – network marketing.

Network Marketing has undergone a huge fundamental shift in the business world over the last 10 years and is now widely recommended by business professionals such as Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki (the author of rich Dad, Poor Dad). With low overhead, no franchise startup costs, no inventory to manage or ship and many other benefits, the reasons are obvious.

Today more than 125,000 new home based businesses are opened each and every week in the US. Those numbers are sure to grow as the market and economy continues to struggle for the foreseeable future. Political uncertainty and a falling stock market will continue to strip hard working Americans of their jobs, but you don’t have to be caught off guard.

One of the benefits of network marketing is that you can start small and slow and grow your business working part time. But for your business to grow, you first must take the plunge and start it.
