Carbohydrates that break down rapidly, are considered high in (GI ) Glycaemic Index and this are white bread, candy, and other sugary or processed foods and etc.

Carbohydrates that break down slowly, like, most fruit, vegetables, and grains, are believe to be low GI. Carbohydrate intake is limited to 20 grams everyday, and must be acquired from salad and other non-starchy vegetables. Completely avoided and removed from the diet are fruit, bread, pasta, grains, starchy vegetables, or dairy products (Cheese, cream, and butter) may be eaten.
