Monitoring Your Workforce
We have a little moving company that is extremely busy. It is very important for us to make sure our staff are on the job sites on time, and that as soon as they are done, they should be moving onto the next job.
But after we had problems with some of our employees disappearing when they were supposed to be moving, we decided that we had to monitor the workforce.
We purchased a GPS fleet tracking service, and we no longer have that problem. We can tell at a glance where our moving trucks are and if they are doing there job. It has helped our bottom line as well as catch someone who stole one of our trucks. It has been a good investment.
