My wife and I have had a rocky relationship lately.  I wouldn’t say that our marriage has been characterized by unhappy relationships, but we have had our share of bumps along the way.

But ever since we had our last child, my wife has been suffering from postpartum depression and it has affected our happy relationship to the point where there are a lot of problems.  It has got to the point where we are really considering going to get some professional help.

While at the bookstore the other day, I picked up some books on relationships and hopefully we will be able to find some inspiration in them.  First, I will have to get my wife to read the books, but I think that she wants this marriage to work out as much as I want to.

I just hope that it works, as I don’t want our marriage to end in divorce - we just used to be good together.
