Building Muscle Mass

For the longest time, I have been an avid jogger.  Though it has worked for me, I have been feeling a little weak in terms of muscle strength.  I had a horrible time helping a buddy of mine move his furniture on the weekend, and I thought it was time that I did something about it.

So, I have gone out and purchased some strength equipment so that I could setup a gym in my home.  I figure that by doing this, it will be more convenient than going to the gym - and I can get rid of my muscle weakness.

I will just have to make sure to workout every second day - consistency may be the hardest part for me.
