Outsourcing My Web Design
Our company owns and operates a number of e-commerce stores and we are finding that there is too much work to go around. We were hoping to have enough money in our budget to higher a couple new employees but unfortunately it doesn’t look like that will be a reality.
Since letting our Web designer go we have been using a company that offers web design services to design all our websites. Though we have had some miscommunications, their work has been excellent and we are very happy to have them work on our websites.
With the success of we are having with our outsourcing, we are considering outsourcing other aspects of our business to reduce her staff and increase our profits. At the board meeting later on this week will make some decisions in terms of what we are going to continue doing in-house and what we will outsource from now on.
