I have had a treadmill for about three years now and it has functioned perfectly without problems.  But lately I have been wondering if I shouldn’t be performing some sort of maintenance on it, not unlike a car.  Since it is mechanical, you would think it might need some extra care, right?

Well, I didn’t know anywhere else to go except for the fitness equipment store where I purchased the treadmill.  The sales clerk was happy to show me a treadmill tune up kit that would make my treadmill quieter (one of my complaints) and extend the life of it.

It was a small price to pay for keeping my health and treadmill running smoothly.
