We have been having some problems with our outside door the past couple of weeks.  You see, the door knob works some of the time, and those days that it doesn’t just are not that pleasant.  Thankfully we do have a back door, but I have to walk through waist high snow to get there.

I finally had enough today when I came home from work - I just couldn’t get into the house.  I decided that it was time to quit procrastinating and do something.  So, I hopped in the car and went to the door hardware section of the hardware store and picked up a new knob.

After just half an hour, the door knob was fixed.  With a sigh of relief, I know I won’t have to walk through snow drifts anymore - thank goodness.
