Looking for a Good Painter
A friend of mine recently purchased a rental property in Phoenix and they wanted to renovate the house before they rented it out. We had a number of contractors lined up to do all the work, but we were having difficulty finding a Phoenix house painter.
We tried calling the numbers listed in the phonebook under paint contractor, but none of the companies we talked to were available on the dates that we needed the home painted. After the phone calls that I made, I was frustrated and ready to give up.

All we had to do is fill in the location of the house, and the website did the rest. They helped us find a local painter (that we somehow missed) and we booked them for the day we needed.
It sure felt good to cross that task off of the list to be done before we rent the place. With time running out before the end of the month, it feels great that we are finally making progress.
