Each year, my wife and I create a list of items we would like for a valentines day present.  This way, we each have some ideas on what to buy the other for valentines day.  This whole concept came about because one year I bought my wife something that I just shouldn’t have bought her (think of it as more of a gift for me) and it didn’t go over very well.

So, since there are just a few days left until Valentines day, I thought that it should be time that I made the list for her.  There were some of the usual things that I put on there including computer games, socks, and chocolate (yes, boys can love chocolate too).

But this year I also put on the one thing that I really wanted: a Technomarine watch.  I came across this brand of watch by accident, but the watches they do make are amazing - and since I need a watch anyway, I thought it could be a practical gift.

So, I will give her the list tomorrow, and try to hint that the watch is what I really want - but to be honest I would be happy with anything that is on the list - I do quite enjoy getting gifts.
