Easy Way to Lose Weight

I have been tempted lately to give up exercising.  I really haven’t had a lot of time to get on the treadmill or lift any weights, so I have been putting on some pounds.  When I look in the mirror, I am not happy with what I see, and I need to do something about it.

I was looking online for a solution and I think I may have found one: diet pills.  You see, for the time it takes to fill a glass of water and put some pills in my mouth I can make time for that.  So I think that I will put the exercise equipment away and try out the pills - I’ll let you all know how they work out.
