Successful Weight Loss
If you can remember about a month ago, I was complaining about gaining some weight and was looking at treadmills as the solution to my problem. Sure diet would play a part in the weight loss too, but I figured that by using a treadmill, I could watch television and work out at the same time.
Well, I am happy to report that I have seen some progress. Even though Christmas was smack-dab in the middle of my working out, I have still managed to lose 15 pounds. Sure that isn’t the amount that I have gained, but it is a step in the right direction. I might check back in a later post to continue to keep you all updated on my progress.
