Common Tech Support Questions for iPod

My brother works as a Mac support specialist at a support center in town.  He has been doing this for a couple of years now, and he seems to like it.  Sure he has some bad calls, but mostly things are okay.

I asked him what his most common calls were about during the holiday season.  He told me that it had been busier than normal, mostly because many people received new Mac products for Christmas.  Many people had received new computers, notebooks, and iPods for Christmas and had no clue how to use them.

He told me that the most common questions he received were about the newer iPods.  Most people could understand how to get music onto their iPods, but they had some big problems getting the video onto their new iPod Touch and iPod Nano.

He had the honor of updating the support center’s knowledge base from just having information on iPod Classic video converter.  He had written an article on how to use the  iPod Nano DVD converter and the new iPod Touch DVD converter.

Thankfully, when I get my own iPod, I will have my own professional consultant.  Even though it is new to me, I am sure that it is designed to be easy - but it is nice that there is support if you would need help.
