I was recently looking at mobile homes for sale. I move around a lot and it would be nice to just pack up and take my home with me, rather than always looking for a new house. All I would need this way, is a lot. It would make it a lot easier for packing and I wouldn’t feel like I was lost all the time. It would also be better for my little dog.

I am also looking into a manufactured home loan. I was wondering if I might have a problem, since I do move around so much, but I have talked to a couple of people and it looks like it won’t be that big of a deal. I move at least once a year and I thought it might be an issue if a lender thought they might lose track of me, but apparently they are like God and will find you no matter what.

I did apply for the loan with no PMI. I am looking to save as much money as possible and am looking to simplify my life. I hope that I am making good decisions regarding my future, and I have a good feeling about it, so I must be doing something right. I guess only time will tell.
