So Hard To Say Goodbye
We are making a move this summer and I am really stressed out about it. My husband received a job offer that we really can’t refuse, but I am sad, as I have lived here my whole life. It will be very hard to say goodbye to my lifelong friends and our families, but I am ready to do what is best for my family. I just wish we weren’t moving to another state that seems to be so far away, but we will survive and come back to visit often.
A few weeks ago, we went down to look for homes in Greenville, SC. We did manage to find a beautiful one and it was selling for such a great price that we knew we would definitely make that much on our home back here. We put in an offer and it was accepted.
This made it a lot easier on me. It is still sad to go, but knowing that I have such a lovely home waiting for me, makes it more bearable. We leave in three days and I am slowly trying to say goodbye to everyone. I know that after the tears, it will be alright.
