We have a car that we drive all summer - it is a convertible.  But, when it comes to winter, we don’t drive it.  Instead we have stored it in the garage during the winter months.

But this past year, we picked up another vehicle and we are using both parking stalls in the garage.  We really didn’t want to build another garage for our summer car, so we looked for something else instead.

We took a look at portable garages, but we were concerned that they would blow away.  But the answer was just in front of us - there were stacks of car covers that would work perfectly to protect our car.

So, we have it parked alongside the house with the cover on.  Not only will this protect the car from the elements, but with enough snow, should stop any interest by thieves as well.
