I have been considering setting up a new restaurant for some time.  You see, I love to cook, and everyone that I have cooked for have said that my cooking is quite amazing.

So, I thought I could turn one of my passions into a little money.  But before I do that, I just want to do some market research to ensure that there is a market for the type of food I cook.

It will take me some time to do my due diligence, but when it is done, I will have my answer as to whether or not I should setup shop.
