Successful Hair Salon Owner
I am the owner of a few hair salons. I offer many services and am always trying to keep up with the latest hairstyles and colors. One of the ways I do this is by always hiring new stylists fresh out of beauty school. They seem to be the most trendy and chic, offering freshness to our styles. I also hold a one-day retrain once a month for all of my staff to learn new tips and techniques.
We have a very large number of repeat clientele and I am always striving to make them feel special, so as to keep them as clients. One service that I offer is a weekly email to my clients on hair care tips. The newsletter contains information on new hairstyles that are coming in, new stylists that I bring in, new salon hair products, as well as some fashion tips.
I have been commended on the way my salon is run and the way our clients are treated. I believe that the customer is what makes a business and I never take my staff for granted. This is why I am successful today.
