Looking for Investment Properties South of the Border

Well, I seem to have a few extra dollars kicking around in my bank account and I need something to use them for.  I like to keep as much of my money working for me as possible with the highest return and the lowest risk.  So, today I decided to look at real estate south of the border.

Perhaps my biggest reason for this is that the Canadian dollar is so high that I can buy real estate down there at a discount.  So, I hopped on the Internet and looked for some promising investment properties.

The area with the most potential looked to be the Phoenix real estate market.  I found that their population was continually increasing and that it was one of the least risky areas for natural disasters.

One thing that I also like is the future potential for savings.  You see, people in Phoenix do not depend as much on oil or gas to heat their homes in winter.  With the rising costs of these resources, it will minimize the future utility costs for tenants.

Well, I am going to continue to look, though I will keep my eye on Phoenix.
