Looking for Ways to Lose Weight

Unfortunately I have gained some weight in the last few months. The culprit?

My job.

You see, I spend a lot of time at the computer at work - basically that is my job description. The big problem is that I am very inactive and somewhat bored at work so I have started eating while I am working. To compound the problem, when I go home I just sit down in front of the TV with some fast food. I am just too tired to work or do any kind of activity.

Knowing that I had a problem and that I needed a solution, I took my search online.

Specifically I was looking for information on how to lose weight without having to exercise.  The problem is that no matter where I looked, every weight loss article online promotes exercise as the solution to weight problems.

That is not the solution for me.

I was just about to give up, when I came across a promising article:  I could lose weight taking pills.  Now, that is the amount of exercise I am willing to do - lift a glass of water to my mouth, swallow the pill, and put the glass down.  Perfect.

Or so I thought.  I came across another article aptly named “Are Diet Pills Safe and Effective?“.  After reading the article, I learned that some of the side effects of these diet pills are worse than the health conditions caused from being overweight.  There were still some benefits to these pills but I decided I needed to do a little more research on the topic before I chose this as my weight loss solution.

So back to a search engine looking for more weight loss articles.  Hopefully, I will find something that will work for me.
